NZXT has built the Phantom series cases to be aspired by gamers through it's clean modern aesthetics and the highly convenient functionality. Today we introduce the NZXT Phantom 630, the latest in the family which brings cutting edge features in a next generation design including Interchangeable fully-modular HDD cases, pivoting fan mount and a single 30-watt controller with four high endurance fans included. The chassis can fit up to an XL-ATX motherboard on a smart split-level motherboard tray allowing for incredibly neat cable management. USB 3.0/2.0 along with an integrated card reader, illuminated I/O panel and dust filter also complete the case.

With the unmistakable appearance, the NZXT 630 High Performance Modular Full Tower Chassis keeps the timeless, striking visuals as previous series of the case with a next generation design. The chassis is crafted out of steel and plastic in 3 popular colours - Matte black, White and Gunmetal.

The Phantom 630 is designed to fully satisfy the demands of those who take computing seriously. The grand size of the case enables users to fit up to an XL-ATX motherboard on a smart split-level motherboard tray which allows the user to mount dual SSDs securely and have incredibly neat cable management. The Fully modular internal drive bays allows you to customise the Phantom 630's internal layout to suite your needs giving the space required for more extreme cooling. The case enables the user to install simultaneous support for a 3x120 radiator, a 2x120 radiator and all hard drive bays. As always with a premium gaming chassis, cooling is key, with space for up to 10 cooling fans the case has a great airflow for any users meaning a higher performing computer. An Integrated high-power 30-watt single-channel fan controller gives you the flexibility over your cooling and the control to change how your fans operate.

The Phantom 630 features everything you would expect from a Phantom series chassis such as multiple USB 3.0, 2.0 and an integrated SD card reader along with illuminated rear I/O ports. Easily removable dust filters, which are very much needed to protect the users components and ensure a cleaner system.

The cases will be available for pre-order from the 8th January 2013 on www.overclockers.co.uk starting from £159.95.

Is it only 6 x 3.5" drives? I can count but it looks like it's seutp for 3 - 2 - 1

Look another Switch Case...... First NZXT made the Switch 810, then NZXT made the Switch 810 Special edition with different colors, Next NZXT made the Phantom 820, Now NZXT is making the Phantom 630.

All the same case with different plastic parts! Way to keep it original guys. Don't get me wrong I own the 810 however..... but come on guys..... lets change it up a little bit. How about a switch with less plastic :) for the older crowd

And it's pricey

NZXT
needs less phantom .... nice looking case but how many Phantoms does one need ?
Also gjt on my support ticket >_> :shadedshu
I had to install a splinter on my rear ports to get my headset to work not a huge issue because the headset has a amp

I would love to see some air/water tight covers for the side and top panel having such a massive open vent is un nerving it also has a negative effect on airflow in my admittedly old gamma
if there was some removable protective covers for the top and side vents I would buy this but with 4 legged critters and a desk that usually has at least 2 cold drinks on it within short-circuit distance of the case hmm ....

Interesting commentary thus far. The company decided to update our most popular chassis to use today's standards for air/watercooling, drive mounting, fan mounting, as well as utilizing some of the more non-standard features in cases like dual radiator support, rear-I/O LED lighting, new non-plastic ODD tooless latches, Motherboard tray SSD mounting, etc.

I think the designers did a great job updating the Phantom to use a lot of today's standards and incorporate the company's unique approaches. Not every chassis is going to appeal to everyone, of course. That's why this industry is so much fun, we have TONS of choices! :)

Hey, does the 630 still support thick 60mm radiators at the top if we chose to use a 360 rad. I know if you do that with a Switch 810 it kind of occupies the top most 5.25" bay.

Picture directly from NZXT site. I like how the radiator is in the front like that and move that top hard drive bay down to get the gab there for the tubing! This might be my next case instead of the Switch 810.
